Our stay was truly a treat all was immaculate, comfortable in a beautiful & tranquil setting!
It all was absolutely exceptional. We were there for a wedding and all was just beautiful. The waiters at the restaurant so attentive, kind , the food good. We enjoyed walks around the grounds and were able to take time to use the pool several times. Loved the rides back to our rooms from the wedding in the late evening all was top quality service during the wedding as well. Hope to return one day!

Un hotel bonito y agradable
Las instalaciones son muy bonitas; los jardines son muy agradables para caminar; se siente un ambiente muy tranquilo y las camas son muy cómodas. Además, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento.
La temperatura de la alberca estaba muy fría; un poco más caliente hubiera estado mejor. El precio del brunch un poco elevado para quienes no consumimos mucho en el buffet.

Gratamente sorprendida
El Hotel Huayacán es hermoso en todos sus espacios: desde la recepción, el restaurante y el lobby, hasta las habitaciones y las áreas comunes con alberca, jardines y andadores. Sorprende gratamente la atención al detalle: el aroma, los insumos, las toallas y la limpieza reflejan un cuidado excepcional. Cuidan la seguridad en el complejo 24/7. El personal es muy amable, atento y cálido. Recomendable totalmente, quedé totalmente sorprendida para bien y sin duda regresaría a hospedarme aquí.
Los únicos aspectos a mejorar son la operación de la regadera, que provoca que se moje el baño; la privacidad de los módulos de la taza y la regadera, ya que las puertas de vidrio biselado permiten ver las siluetas y escuchar los sonidos; y la temperatura del agua en la alberca, que podría ser un poco más cálida para disfrutarla aún más, aunque es importante mencionar que sí está climatizada.
