At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

The open-concept main living area features vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and direct access to the wraparound porch. A spacious seating area with plush sofas invites relaxing movie nights or board game marathons, while the kitchen—complete with island seating for four, a dining nook, and a reverse osmosis water system—makes cooking and entertaining a breeze.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Four bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Three king rooms, including one with a private ensuite, offer restful retreats, while the bunk room features a twin-over-full bed for added flexibility. Two bedrooms have private balcony access, perfect for soaking in the coastal breeze.

NO PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-free home. If a pet is brought in, guests will be charged a $1,000 non-refundable penalty plus any cleaning/damage fees, and may be evicted without refund.
