About this apartment rental
This oceanfront upper level unit sleeps 4 comfortably. It has a full living room, kitchen with dining table and one bath. The master bedroom has a king with pillow topper and soft luxurious bedding. The second bedroom is smaller with queen, same pillow topper and luxurious bedding as well. The couch can make into a full size bed though the unit is sold only to 4 guests. Large private deck with propane fire pit and grill, Adirondack chairs and amazing views of glaciers and bay with no obstruction. This unit is part of The Ocean House Inn Boutique hotel and all of our guests have access to our own private trail to beach and our outdoor hot tub. Fresh towels are available daily and there is a nice little laundromat less than a block from us.
We are centrally located at base of Homer Spit, just minutes from downtown and airport. Few properties are on the water like we are but still in a quiet neighborhood so you are able to unwind with a cocktail ( wine glasses in room), take a soak ( robes in room), grill your daily catch and just take in the view. We are not a party spot but a place to relax and enjoy , no smoking or pets on property and quiet hours are observed.

Clean, accurate information about the property, great communication between owner/manager and us, check in and check out was a breeze, close to town and the spit for groceries and tourists shops, beautiful view with access to the beach. We will be back for sure, thank you!!

This was a beautiful place to stay and relax. The apartment was clean and the furnishings were perfect. The view of the bay from the hot tub is amazing
