About this house rental
Power is always on!! Enjoy the most comfortable Airbnb in Houston that’s in completely gated community. Cybex arc trainer, Full body Osaki 4d massage chair that was just renewed in 2025. Huge football field back yard dog park. a bayou with plenty of running,biking trails,full kitchen with steam dryer*no need to iron,5.00 uber to hospitals, 8.00 to stadiums and midtown. King size bed adjustable and massage. Full stand up shower or massage tub, full size chefs kitchen, 1.5 car garage.
This home never loses power being next to a hospital and has never flooded. Most places cannot have that in Houston. The home is 2280 sq ft. We offer 7 day discounts and much larger 30 day discounts for rodeo and medical patients. We have left plenty of amenities for your stay to make it more enjoyable and easy. Coffee, creamer, stevia, soap, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner. We dont have it as perfect yet but it will be soon and the price will go up. Book it while its low. This home has never been flooded and never looses power or water as you see in reviews..

I also have grounding earth bed sheets for the king size master bedroom bed.
They are available on request. They are not super soft like the ones on the bed but do help with healing and sleep.
The third bedroom is considered a null bedroom, meaning it has no door.
The garage cannot fit two cars. But plenty of space for one.
We have 3 guest parking lots, so plenty of room for another car.
Restoration room, king size master bedroom with adjustable bed and Bose movie theater room, master bath with shower and hot tub, kitchen, half bath, living room with 60 inch tv.
Second bedroom is on first floor with its own private bath. This can be used for a patient and is just 10 ft from the garage. Also a big beautiful back yard is on the other side to have a great morning cup of coffee. The bayou eye distance as well as the whole med center, downtown and Minute Maid Park. Med center is .8 mile. Downtown is 1.8 miles and Minute Maid is 3.9 miles.
We moved to the suburbs. My wife and I both work in medical. You will get my personal cell phone if you need anything.
Bayou 15 miles of bike and run trails, Herman park and Museum distance a few minutes walk. Short 7.00 uber rides to all stadiums and attractions. Our community is fully gated and safe. I have two brand new commuter bicycles that you can use to see all of Houston. Also HEB huge grocery store is 1 block away that was built in 2021
Bus stop is 500 yards. Bayou and Tap trail will take you anywhere to walk in city or med center.

I just had a new ac installed with a UV light to scrub the air on 12/21. Here it is.
This home has been through hurricane Harvey and recently Beryl, and never lost power or flooded at all.
Very few places can say that.
