MINIMUM STAY 6 MONTHS. Home is a travel destination and yet only a 10-minute drive to downtown Portland and 30 minutes to Portland airport. It's within walking distance of restaurants, shops, movie theater, and parks. This property comes with lake rights to an exclusive private lake with free private summer concerts. A couple kayaks and a couple paddle boards are onsite and a fob is provided for the private dock. Home features 1 queen bed and 2 full beds. Each bedroom has a dresser, desk/chair and both guest rooms have a smart TV. Kitchen is fully appointed with everything one could possibly need. Home includes one designated parking space, one guest pass for visitor parking, and street parking is available. Home includes WiFi, in-home washer/dryer and a koi pond in private backyard.
