This apartment has a great potential. The location is superb, right by the beach and the molo on the other side with water sports and cycling to Hel pathways. Very helpful owner let us pick u the keys at the nearby hotel instead of goign to another town to pick them up and leave them there- this was only suggested after booking went through, so thankful for the opportunity of not having to have to do that. Kind with earlier check in as flat was already ready. There is a def place for 3 ppl, one ned and one sofa bed. There is a kitchen, bathroom with basics, balcony and washing machine, dishwasher, beach wind shield. There was a liquid for dish washing, 3 dishwasher tablets, a bottle of water, some sweets for the welcome. Very nice with nearby small shops, 12 min walk to a proper bakery and larger grocery store- which is btw highly recommended as the prices there are much lower and produce much higher than in the local tiny delis. I think overall this place has a large potential. Clean inside and pleasant to stay. I would think that if it was half price of what we paid, I could come back. Very nice communicative host.

Flat faces the train line, which we were not aware of booking it and there is a train going back and forth all day right on front of the window, behind one line of trees. Some trains are more quiet and others toot loudly as there is a crossing right there as well by the apartment, this is a local train so fairly quiet in comparison to any express line but if you are noise sensitive, it may be tricky, the train does not go late at night. This is of course not something owner can do something about but better windows could be an option as an example. One can live with it. Noise is also not to be avoided in the apartment as this is one layout flat, no privacy. If someone wakes up early, everyone else will hear it. Bathroom door is just a slide so it does not close properly as the normal door would. There seem to be no fan in the bathroom so it smells mould after the shower- need to keep the door ajar after to make sure this smell does not linger. With 3 ppl taking a shower, this must be spaced in time or super short shower as the water boiler empties fast. It would be nice with some basics like salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil and washing soap for the clothes, as I am guessing majority of the guests stay for few days and buing a whole box of any of it its silly. We bought some coffee pods, which only one shop had in the neighbourhood. The tarrace is not maintaned. It is dirty and mouldy and you can see it is not regularly attended to. It is ok to sit on the chair and drink mornign coffee however if the train does not pass at that time. You can see the refubrishment was done in a cheap way, which is not a problem for the guests but I think not done properly is is already causing issues like the lack of proper air circulation in the bathroom. Sofa was stained, we took a picture on arrival just in case.
