The beautiful designer villa Casa Arbor Blanco, built in 2020. is a blend of modern and traditional architecture in its best. It spreads in a quiet part of Fažana, near the sea and is surrounded by pine trees and olive groves. It faces south and is adorned with a spacious terrace and an infinity pool with panoramic view to the sea and the Brijuni National Park.
It is superbly designed to emphasized all its possibilities and to enjoy the panoramic view. It spreads over three floors and is 300 square meters equipped with the best local materials as well as top designer furniture.
The ground floor is composed of two spacious bedrooms with bathroom, which are open onto a fragrant garden with a sunporch. On the ground floor there is a Finnish sauna with a shower which also leads to the fragrant garden. Guests on the ground floor also have at their disposal an elegant wine cellar stocked with renowned local wines. All rooms on the ground floor leads to a spacious Mediterranean garden where along with a sunporch, is also a dining table in shade of olive and lemon tree. The garden is ideal for enjoying the sun during the day and watching the beautiful constellations at night. On the mezzanine floor there is a spacious bedroom with bathroom and wardrobe. On the first floor there is an impressive living room and a kitchen with large glass walls through which a panoramic view is provided. A wonderful view, carefully selected, quality furniture and a beautiful, professionally equipped kitchen can provide guests to show off their culinary skills. The terrace with an infinity pool, which also has a hydro-massage, extends the entire length of the villa. While guests enjoy a wonderful view, they can also prepare food in the professionally equipped outdoor kitchen. On the first floor there is also another bedroom with bathroom and wardrobe.
