About this apartment rental
Apartment at elevation 1,700, in Nin de Beret, with stunning views of the Pyrenees. Distributed on two floors, it has a maximum capacity of 8 people. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and is fully equipped.
It is distributed as follows:
First floor:
- Receiver.
- Full kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher, small oven, washing machine, microwave, etc.
- Living room with fireplace. Terrace with spectacular views of the mountain.
- Bathroom with shower tray, WC and sink.
- 1 Room with a bunk bed (2 pax.).
- 1 Room with 2 beds and complete bathroom (2 pax).
Second floor:
- 1 Room with 2 beds and complete bathroom (2 pax).
- 1 Room with 2 beds and complete bathroom (2 pax).
All accommodations include bed and bath linens for all tenants and table linens.
Garage:
The apartment has a parking space and a private storage room on the ground floor of the building.
* The electricity consumption corresponding to the rental period will be paid separately.

We came here for a ski week end as a family, place was neat, really well equiped, close to ski lift and restaurants.
The check in / out and overall organization was great.
I'd definitely recommand this place .

The property itself was great, fairly convenient to the mountain and well kept. It was not located where the online map said, (it was further from the mountain) but still acceptable. The kitchen had most items needed to make a meal, but no spices or oil. The directions to find the apartment were very unclear. Additionally, there was no WiFi at all for the apartment and this was not disclosed, nor is this acceptable in 2025 given we were in an area where WiFi is available. We were even given direction to contact the host for the WiFi information, only to be told it wasn’t available. Overall, it was a fine apartment but the lack of WiFi needs to be made very clear.
