About this bed and breakfast
Discover coastal comfort at Little Betty Coastal Retreat, a cozy studio guest house just minutes from Folly Beach! The guest house, with it`s open floor plan, has a king bed and queen sleeper sofa and can accommodate up to four guests. Enjoy the open-concept living space, fully equipped kitchenette, and record player. When you`re ready for beach fun, the dining, shopping, and entertainment of Folly Beach is a short drive away. This retreat is your ideal Charleston getaway. So come stay awhile!

- Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker
- King bed
- Record player
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet
- Laundry room with washer/dryer
- Off-street parking in the driveway out front
Guests have access to the entire guest house and the assigned off-street parking spaces in the driveway
This unit is a semi-detached guesthouse. The homeowner lives onsite in the main home. The guesthouse is connected to the main home through an interior hallway that is not used by the homeowner. The guesthouse has its own private exterior entrance and shares no interior space with the main home.
Please note that the guest house is a studio setup so there is not a full wall separating the living area and bedroom
Please also note that guests must be able to climb one set of stairs to access the guest house, as the home is elevated.
The unit is manage locally by Southern Charmed Hospitality Group so someone is always available should any issues or concerns arise during your stay.

The Little Betty Coastal Retreat is located just off of Folly Road only 2.5 miles or a short 6 minute drive from Folly Beach. There is a Harris Teeter supermarket directly across Folly Road from the home and Downtown Charleston is around a 20-25 minute drive away.

Free onsite parking in the driveway out front.
You will want your own vehicle to take full advantage of exploring the Charleston area as public transportation is not a convenient option.
Uber/Lyft both operate in the area if you would prefer to leave your vehicle parked. Just request a pickup through the respective apps.
INCLEMENT WEATHER

In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation.
Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season (June-November). We recommend looking into Airbnb`s insurance or other alternatives.

Loved this VRBO! It is important to note that this rental is attached to a home with it's own outdoor stairway entry - that didn't bother us though. The rental was in a safe area, nice neighborhood and the home it's attached to is nice, well-kept. There is a huge window in the unit that overlooks a body of water out back - it's beautiful! Direct 6 min drive to Folly Beach - public access to beach is at Pier and that area has snacks, bathrooms, gift shop, fun pier to explore. The beach sand was extremely hot and wind was high the week we visited so we spent more time in Charleston which is a short drive away. We loved all of our visit but this adorable, clean, fun, rental was honestly a huge highlight. Loved the open layout and fun record player. Bed was very comfy. They provide all linens, even beach towels, chairs and umbrella. There is also an electric stove top since there is not a stove/oven. They also provide tons of extras - laundry detergent, coffee, tea, a few water bottles, ice packs in freezer, trash bags, etc. Truly have everything you may need - loved that. The only hiccup we had was the sofa bed and coffee table. The sofa bed wasn't very comfy - next time, I would bring a mattress/foam topper. One leg of the coffee table kept falling off but I reported that issue so I am sure they'll fix it. A small tv in bedroom could be nice but besides those minor notes, I'd 10/10 recommend - you'll love it!!
