The apartment, located in a small and quiet condominium, consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room with ceramic stove with large dining table (2m), a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. 2 full bathrooms are available. The furnishings are in style with a double bedroom with precious wood paneling. In the apartment there are washing machine, dishwasher, water boiler, large electric oven, microwave, toaster, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer (2000w), iron and ironing board and 32 'LCD TV, DVD player with USB.
Games for children / teenagers available.
Free wi-fi internet access (5 GB day + 5 GB night per week for family / group). The heating is autonomous. Free parking space in covered garage garage with direct access to the lift.
Possibility of unassigned external condominium parking. The condominium has a private green space accessible to all condominiums.
Vodo di Cadore is easily accessible by car via the road called Alemagna or by bus from various Italian locations (Venice, Treviso, Bologna with Flixbus or routes operated by DolomitiBus or Cortina Express). Near the apartment there is a public transport stop that takes you to the towns of San Vito di Cadore and Cortina in a few minutes or in the opposite direction to Pieve di Cadore, the birthplace of the great painter Titian. The possibility of visiting adjacent and equally fascinating mountain valleys such as Pusteria or Val Gardena require the help of a car that allows you to easily visit other enchanting places nearby.
Not to forget that only 1 and a half hours by car or bus you can visit Venice, a lagoon city whose charm is timeless.

Rustig appartement in een klein dorpje nabij Cortina. We kwamen om te wandelen en via ferrata te doen. Dit was een goede uitvalsbasis om met de wagen er op uit te trekken. Spijtig waren er een aantal kabelbanen in onderhoud waardoor we enkele via ferrata niet konden bereiken.
De eigenaars hebben alles corona proof gemaakt, waarvoor dank in deze moeilijke tijden.

La location correspond parfaitement à la description. L'appartement est spacieux et la décoration de style montagnard.

L'appartement, confortable, dans une petite copropriété, est idéalement situé pour pouvoir profiter de la montagne dans un cadre remarquable et au bout de trois semaines, nous étions loin d'avoir épuisé les possibilités de sorties entre randonnées, escalades, via ferrata et visites touristiques (Venise est à 1h30).
Paola a toujours été à notre écoute et très réactive pour fournir toutes les informations nécessaires au bon déroulement du séjour et Fransesca nous a accueilli sur place avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Die Wohung war für uns 5 (3 Kinder, 10, 13 und 15 Jahre) perfekt. Sehr geräumig, gemütlich, sauber, viel Schrankplatz und mit allem, was man braucht. Die Schigebiete lassen auch keine Wünsche offen und sind in 15 bis 30 Minuten gut zu erreichen, Ausleihmöglichkeiten auch sehr nah und sehr professionell. Mit der Vermieterin waren wir jeden Tag in Kontakt, obwohl sie in Rom lebt und erfüllte uns jeden Extrawunsch.
Einfach nur perfekt !
