Welcome to Penny! This charming home puts you just outside of Downtown Weaverville and nearby Asheville. Take in breathtaking mountain views as you dine al fresco or enjoy a drink on one of the multiple decks and porches. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room complete with a sleep sofa, TV, and fireplace, as well as a spacious kitchen (easy to keep stocked with convenient grocery shopping just minutes away). Each of the five bedrooms features comfortable mattresses and chic, clean styling. You'll be close to some of the best outdoor vistas and activities in the area, while your large lot gives a great sense of privacy and seclusion. Penny is waiting to show your group an incredible experience that feels like home, but better!
An exciting yet laid-back escape among the Blue Ridge Mountains, Asheville is a unique blend of outdoor adventure, exciting entertainment, and incredible local cuisine. Explore stunning views from bike or horseback, or stroll around the buzzing art district filled with breweries, boutiques, and venues. - Central A/C & heat throughout the main level. The lower basement level uses two electric baseboard heaters and a window AC unit.
