Escape to our artfully renovated farmhouse! Perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends, this charming home offers space for couples, families, or groups. The well-equipped kitchen is a cook's dream. Enjoy pastoral views from the hot tub and fire pit. Kids will love the ping pong and trampoline. Set on 2.5 acres, we're near the CT wine trail, farmers markets, antique stores, and historic Litchfield's diverse restaurants and Goshen fair. Enjoy garden views, outdoor shower and fire pit.
Our Property is tastefully renovated with modern bathrooms, stylish wallpaper, furniture and decor, but maintaining a cozy and appealing farmhouse style for guests to feel at home. With three bedrooms upstairs, and a further bedroom in the top floor attic, there is room for everyone. The ground floor has a dining room, eat in kitchen and spaces for everyone to hang out either together or read and work quietly.
The house has wonderful outdoor space and 2 acres to run around. There is a wooden deck directly off the living room to appreciate birds and sunsets, and a patio to eat outside during the summer, but it is cozy enough for winter stays with games around the wood burning stove. Remain comfortable year-round with excellent heating for colder months, and floor heating in the bathrooms. For summer there are window AC units and fans in the bedrooms. Outside, kids will love the trampoline, fire pit for s’mores, and a hot tub. Inside you'll find plenty of games and books, a ping pong table in the basement, or stream movies on the TV after a full day. There are dedicated work spaces for remote work. You can do your morning yoga outside on the deck or inside in a large renovated attic. This property is big enough and comfortable for two families sharing the space, with room for everyone to relax and share space, or enjoy private reveries and down time. With a washer and dryer in the basement or a soak in the hot tub, the house is designed for convenience.
Goshen is surrounded by local farms, including North Farm, practically next door, for fresh, local produce. Litchfield for eating and drinking, and easily accessible stores and bakeries for shopping.
