The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, nestled into lush tropical forest and offers you an absolutely tranquil retreat yet is within close proximity to the vibrant areas of Seminyak and Canggu with their multiple options for leisure activities, shopping and fine dining.
The villa is decorated in a modern style with traditional Balinese influences throughout.Walking down the tropical plant lined driveway is a beautiful introduction to the vibrant natural feel of The villa.
A spacious parking area for 2 cars allows plenty of room for visiting friends and family. Entry through a stunning antique Balinese door, you fully appreciate the expansive beauty of the villa’s open living area, fully functional kitchen, lush garden and large pool. There are three generous double bedrooms: one upstairs and two downstairs. All are equipped with an en-suite bathroom, safety deposit box and air-conditioner and overlook the pool and garden.

* Bali is a tropical island with amazing biodiversity. You will often find house animals that may be in this place that you see every day such as lizards small mice and geckos or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes, and it's normal here and can be found everywhere on this Island. if you find those animals just inform our staff and our staff will chase away animals that are considered a nuisance.
**In case of any accidental damage in the villa, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the cost that guests will pay.
**We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the villa, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover and cleaning service.
* Please treat the villa and furniture as if you would need your own. The Villa is to be left in a condition equal to when the guests arrive. The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, or their guests. Any breakages will be charged on a replacement value.
*Help us remain green by conserving/saving energy. Please turn off the air conditioner, lights, and all other electrical appliances when you leave the villa.
