The house is NOT well located as there is nothing nearby to walk to. Centro is a 20 minute drive away. Shabby towels and curtains. The house is cold and lacking room heaters. Seating is not very comfortable. The en-suite shower looks like an electrocution waiting to happen as wiring is Jerry rigged to solar heater. The neighborhood IS quiet in the evening. I felt safe walking my pup around the neighborhood. And it was clean. Probably 2.5 stars
