Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located a 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk from everything Porthleven has to offer. Cook up a storm in the generous kitchen and enjoy the meal in the tranquil setting of the conservatory or decked patio area.
The Space:
The property is a bungalow so all on one level, there are stairs down to the front entrance, driveway for parking.
~Entrance into the large kitchen with American style fridge freezer with ice maker and large ringmaster double oven, dishwasher and small back porch with washing machine.
~Lounge area with plenty of seating for guests to relax and watch a film.
~Conservatory with plenty of seating around the extensive dining table, 2 snuggle chairs, double doors leading to a raised patio with further dining table space for all, steps down leading to garden area.
~Bedroom one has a super-king bed (zip and link so can also be made as 2 singles)
~Bedroom 2 has a king size bed
~Bedroom 3 has a single bed (this is a trundle style bed so another single rolls out from underneath you must request this as its is not made up without booking for 6)
~There is a master bathroom with bath and shower over and an additional separate shower room with sink and WC.
