    Room had no a/c in the hottest day they gave a room without a/c only a couple of fans and the male receptionist around 8pm was very rude like he was mad he had to work that day all this glamour in this hotel and would not recommend it

    I recently stayed here for business travel, and while the staff was pleasant, there are several areas that need improvement for guests who work remotely. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, making it difficult to work efficiently. The mini fridge did not keep food or drinks cold, which was disappointing for a longer stay. The on-site restaurant and complimentary breakfast offered very limited options, making it hard to find a satisfying meal without leaving the property. Another improvement would be creating a quiet, comfortable workspace outside of the guest rooms for those who prefer not to work in their room all day. The desk and chair in the room were also not very comfortable for extended periods of work. Lastly, the TV and entertainment system felt outdated and could benefit from an upgrade to include more modern streaming and viewing options.     I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. After checking in and going to the room, I realized within less than 15 minutes that the accommodations were not what I expected or needed. As a travel nurse, certain basic amenities are important for me to be comfortable during my stay. Despite leaving within 15 minutes and not using the room, the hotel refused to refund my money.
