Unwind by the beach in this charming 2-bedroom cottage in Pukehina – a peaceful, private escape just steps from the sand. Set on a fully fenced section with a rural outlook, this unique retreat offers the perfect blend of beachside living and country calm.

Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): Opens to a small private deck with garden views – perfect for a quiet morning coffee.
Bedroom 2 (Mezzanine): Upstairs open-plan loft-style bedroom, overlooking the living area below.
Living Room: Cozy with a wood-burning fireplace and comfy seating – ideal for cool evenings.
Kitchen & Dining: Compact kitchen with all the basics, including a fridge, stovetop, kettle, and toaster, plus a dining table for relaxed meals.
Bathroom: Modern and freshly fitted with a shower, toilet, vanity and washing machine.
