SEA ESCAPE is a spacious 2 storey, 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 10 guests (Please note: top bunks are suitable for children only). Sit and relax on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sea views! With 2 living spaces there is plenty of room for family/friends. Only a short walk to the Tavern, jetty and general store Sea Escape is an ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula holiday!

Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, 2 electric wall ovens, gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), air fryer, sandwich press, rice cooker, island bench with 3 stools.
Dining area with large table/chairs, lounge area with L shaped lounge, coffee table. large smart TV.
Doors from lounge open on to the balcony with sea views of the bay across to Hardwicke Bay and the beautiful Flaherty's Beach. High-top table with stools and chairs, 4 burner hooded gas BBQ.
W/c with small vanity.
Downstairs:
Lounge area with 3 seater chaise lounge, coffee table, large smart TV.
3 bedrooms, all with built-in robes, main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, bath tub, separate w/c.
Laundry with top loading washing machine and laundry trough, small wine fridge.
Iron and ironing board, clothes airer.
Rear yard with fire pit and seating (BYO wood), to be used in non fire season only.
Filtered rain water.
Plenty of room for parking and the boat! 2 driveways, carport under main roof for guests use, large shed in rear yard not for guests use.

Point Turton has an excellent boat ramp and jetty for those keen fisherman! There is also a general store where you can buy delicious pastries, take away foods, general grocery items, ice, bait and fuel. You can also enjoy a lovely meal at the Tavern On Turton.
Bed configuration - Downstairs: bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 3 x bunk beds (Top Bunks for Children only).
Pillows and quilts will be provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bathmat and tea towels.
