I’ll start by saying that this can/will be a very nice property once cleaned up (very overgrown and hasn’t been mowed in awhile). The pictures are not very accurate, there are broken down boats, jet skis, and other miscellaneous clutter all around the property. All of the outdoor grills are in poor to unusable shape. The house looks to be in the process of some upgrades or improvements and there was construction material in closets making some of them unusable. There was some cleaning of the inside that we did upon arrival due to a lot of dust/dirt that seemed to have been swept up, but just left in corners here and there. Also the pictures of furniture arrangements in the rooms wasn’t accurate, along with there are several different check in and out procedures … on the listing, in the house and sent via email/messenger. All in all, we were able to make do and had a good time
