Because this is our home and we’re welcoming guests for longer stays, we ask everyone to treat the property with care.

1. No smoking or vaping indoors or in the garage.

2. No parties or events.
This is a residential property and we ask that guests respect the neighbours.

3. Registered guests only.
Please let us know in advance if you plan to have additional overnight guests.

4. Please respect quiet hours.
We ask guests to keep noise to a minimum during evening and overnight hours.

5. Please take care of the home.
Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can address them quickly.

6. No unauthorized pets.
Please contact us before booking if you are travelling with a pet.

7. Keep doors locked.
Please lock exterior doors whenever leaving the property.

8. Thermostat.
Please return the thermostat to the agreed-upon setting when leaving.

9. Garbage and recycling.
Garbage bags should be placed in the garage trash can and recycling in the appropriate recycling bin.

10. Linens and towels.
At the end of your stay, please place used sheets and towels in the designated master bedroom closet or bathroom.

11. No illegal activity.

12. Extended-stay guests.
For stays of 30+ nights, guests are expected to keep the property reasonably clean and report maintenance issues promptly.
