The area is ok. It is Miraflores but a bit of distance to the center of it all. However, there are stores and shops around. I highly recommend El Pan de la schools for breakfast which is about 6 blocks away on the same street.
The apartment itself is OK. Not old but not new. Not the cleanest. Floor needed a good mopping. As we are used to walking without shoes inside.
Kitchen was equipped with the basics.
It has a balcony and the view was of rooftops and unfinished buildings rooftops. Not a nice view.
Linens were clean.
