We stayed at this Vrbo for 19 days while our new house was being finished. We were apparently the first for this new Reno and we loved our stay. The thing we liked most were the marvelous windows in the open kitchen/dining/living room. We sat almost every day and ate our dinner to beautiful sunsets. The house is located on a relatively busy road but the gigantic lot makes the house feel like it is in a park and the traffic is not a noticeable issue. The sports complex across the street was fun to watch as multiple baseball games were ongoing but the noise really did not reach to the house and the proximity was actually better than if there had been other residential neighbors there.The house was well equipped and basically all new. The kitchen was very functional with very nice quartz countertops and a lovely island. The two bathrooms were also new and great. There is even a laundry with a new large washer and dryer. The garage was perfectly finished and very useful since our two vehicles had been packed to the hilt with things we would need immediately in the new house. The house is located with easy access to the interstate system. A grocery store is literally blocks away as is the main road leading directly to Main Street in Kernersville and plenty of restaurants and major stores. We highly recommend this house.
