Great for kids with tiles throughout. Small yard and pool were enough for the kids to entertain themselves, and the house feels very quiet and private. Would have loved some blinds/curtains on the master bedroom windows. Not too much of an issue as we are up early with kids, but sleep ins would be a challenge. No fly screens on the louvres mean that you need to close them up before dusk. In warmer months that would require the AC to be on, when maybe this could be avoided if all the windows could be left open.
