About this house rental
Our 4 bedroom house is just 50 yards from the centre of St Ives. Full of character and charm, the house keeps all the traditional features of the former Captain's House.
The house is generously spaced with a garden, terrace and an outhouse to store surfboards. There are two living rooms, one a cozy room with twin sofas and tv which can be used as a separate bedroom. Another is a large lounge/dining area with cozy open fire and huge quality feather corner sofa to rest after a day out. Bedrooms are spacious with two en-suites, one including a shower and another a vintage copper bath alcove. The main family bathroom also has a bath and shower. There is an additional separate toilet too.
Located a 5 min walk from Beaches, the harbour and a mix of many restaurants/cafes/bars/pubs. Parking for three cars and dog friendly the house is a great bolthole for exploring Cornwall, as well as the trails on the South West Coastal Path at the end of the road.
