The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and air fryer, along with all the essentials needed for an easy stay. Share simple meals around the kitchen island with stools for two or enjoy them out on the private balcony.
The bedroom provides a peaceful place to recharge, centred around a king-sized bed dressed in crisp linens for a restful night’s sleep. Soft lighting, bedside tables, and built-in storage create a calming and functional retreat. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries for added comfort during your stay.
Year-round comfort is ensured with air conditioning and heating. Guests also have access to a private washing machine and shared building facilities, including the indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub, subject to building management operating hours and maintenance schedules. Please note that on-site parking is not included, though paid street parking may be available nearby.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
