The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) of a fully renovated historic Ampezzo-style house, which combines the most modern standards of comfort with the historic charm and authentic essence of the place. The location is ideal: we’re in the heart of Cortina, along the road that climbs toward the Tofane mountains—a perfect starting point offering 360-degree access to most hiking trails and ski runs. Right outside the apartment is a bus stop, which is very convenient for reaching the ski lifts in winter and the hiking trails in summer, while the town center is just a 5-minute walk away, following the main road for a few short stretches.
Inside, the space is designed for maximum practicality. The sleeping area consists of two cozy double bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers, one of which is equipped with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and all necessary cookware, alongside a comfortable corner dedicated to remote work for those who need to focus. Rounding out this splendid retreat are two outdoor parking spaces and a spacious private balcony, perfect for relaxing while admiring a panoramic view that stretches from Monte Faloria and the Cristallo to the historic center with its bell tower and the Ice Stadium.

The home features an automatically controlled underfloor heating system. We constantly monitor the local weather and turn on the system as soon as temperatures drop, ensuring your home is always warm.
The temperature is set to 21°C / 22°C, ideal for healthy comfort. We ask that you avoid wasting energy out of respect for the environment; any requests for higher temperatures will incur an extra charge.
⚡ Electrical System
As in most homes in Italy, there is a limit to the electrical capacity. Avoid turning on too many appliances at the same time (such as the washing machine, dryer, oven, kettle, hair dryer, and induction cooktop) to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping. If that happens, no problem: you’ll find instructions in the house on how to restore power in a flash!
-A security deposit by credit card is required; otherwise, you won’t be allowed into the house.
