Looking for a quiet, comfortable spot close to everything in Dallas? This private, standalone guest cottage is tucked behind our home in a peaceful neighborhood—just minutes from Downtown and right near the heart of the Bishop Arts District.
It’s the perfect space for a solo trip, a couple’s weekend, or a remote work stay—with thoughtful amenities, a full kitchen, and a relaxed, homey vibe.

Comfy queen bed with fresh linens
55" Smart TV with all your streaming apps
Super fast Wi-Fi
Mini-split A/C + heat so you’re always comfortable
Kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, fridge, and all the basics for cooking
Bathroom with walk-in shower
Extras to Make You Feel at Home:
Pet-friendly! (and there’s a partially fenced yard. Pets must be disclosed on the reservation.)
Shared backyard deck with seating
EV charger available (just let us know in advance)
Washer/dryer available upon request

You’ll have your own private entrance, no shared walls, and a quiet space to relax. We’re nearby if you need anything—but otherwise, the space is all yours.
We’d love to host you. Come stay, bring your pup, and enjoy everything Dallas has to offer—right from your own cozy studio retreat.
• No smoking of any kind inside the unit. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana. Violation will result in a $350 additional cleaning and odor remediation fee and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
• No parties or events. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
• Pet Policy:
-Maximum 1 dog, 50 lb weight limit.
-Pet must be included on the reservation; $75 per night pet fee
-Guest is responsible for immediate outdoor waste cleanup
-Dogs are not permitted on furniture or bedding
-If left alone in the unit, the dog must be crated
-Unauthorized pets or violation of these rules will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
• Street parking only. If you use the driveway, you will get parked in.

Quiet. I just needed an in and out place to sleep for 2 days. This was a great choice on my part. I would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area. Thank you.
