A modern and functional kitchen with all the necessary appliances (refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, stovetop, utensils, etc.).
A master suite with a double bed, built-in storage, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A second bedroom with two single beds and a built-in closet.

-In the event of non-compliance with good neighborly rules or if disturbances are observed, the agency reserves the right to terminate the stay early.
-For security reasons and to ensure a smooth stay, only individuals listed on the reservation are authorized to enter the property. The entrance is under 24-hour video surveillance and monitored by security guards.
-Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children; the Agency disclaims all liability in the event of negligence on the part of the tenant.
