I wasn't expecting much in Siliguri, but this hotel was great value. It was fairly central with an easy trip to NJP station and near a large local market. The staff were friendly. The room was decent size and had one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a long time, and that includes some nicer, more expensive hotels. Having slept on some very hard beds over the past few weeks, it was a great change. It also had a separate shower in the bathroom which was a great bonus. I didn't try the food, but it seemed reasonably priced for hotel food. I would certainly stay again.

Dear Agoda Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I faced during my recent stay at The Executive Inn, Siliguri, booked through Agoda. I had two consecutive bookings for a Standard Double Room from 11th to 20th November 2025, and on Agoda, this room type is clearly shown as including air conditioning. However, upon check-in on 11th November, when I asked the receptionist about the AC in my room, I was told that my room package does not include AC and that AC is not available in the room assigned to me. This was unexpected and quite disappointing because Agoda advertised the Standard Double Room with AC, and this was one of the main reasons I booked this property. The room was extremely warm, and staying under just a ceiling fan was uncomfortable. Due to this, I had no option but to shift to another hotel (Ramada Encore), which caused inconvenience, additional expense, and disruption to my travel plans. I want to mention that Sahil from the staff was very polite, and the night manager, Mr. Bilop, was kind and helpful during my stay. However, the staff member at the reception who denied AC for my room was uncooperative, and the entire situation was stressful, especially because it contradicted what was clearly advertised on Agoda. Since the property listing promised AC for the room type I booked, I kindly request Agoda to: Review this property listing to ensure accurate room information, Investigate this issue with the hotel, and Provide a suitable resolution or compensation for the inconvenience caused due to misleading information. I have always trusted Agoda for transparency and smooth bookings, and I hope you will resolve this matter fairly. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your prompt response.
