Creekside Red Rocks Getaway

Wake up to the sound of Bear Creek flowing in the front yard and immerse yourself in 360-degree mountain views while relaxing in this cozy cabin in the woods.

Better yet, enjoy the convenience of a quick trip to Red Rocks Amphitheater (5 minutes), Evergreen (10 minutes) or downtown Denver (25 minutes). Adventure awaits at the nearby world-class trailheads for hiking & mntn biking including Lair of the Bear and Mount Falcon, as well as historic Morrison for dining & shopping.

This cabin is a duplex split into an upstairs unit where I occasionally stay and a downstairs unit which you will have private access to. The downstairs unit includes a studio-style master bedroom, smaller bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, office space / kitchenette and living room area (couch, futon and TV). There's also a front yard area to relax by the creek and a backyard area to enjoy the mountain views.

Please note this property is on a private road so you cannot wander around the neighborhood as my neighbors will call the cops for trespassing unfortunately.

You have full access to the downstairs apartment (master bedroom, guest bedroom and bathroom). You will also have full access to the front and backyard patio areas.

The neighborhood is very peaceful with sounds of wildlife and Bear Creek surrounding you. The neighborhood is located in Bear Creek canyon so the views in every direction are incredible.

There is free parking in front of the cabin. You will need a vehicle or a ride as there is no pedestrian access.

The cabin has been professionally sound proofed so the acoustic isolation between the upstairs and downstairs master bedroom is outstanding. Also, there is no AC at the cabin but there is no need for it as the cabin is built into the mountain so the bottom story stays cool (under 75°) year round.
