We enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse, we were staying for our nephew's wedding at a nearby venue and had my mother, and my adult children with us 8 total...we had plenty of room and all was as listed on the VRBO listing...very convenient to all the things in College Station (University, Groceries. and Restaurants)...We will be back on our next trip to College Station...

The little ones loved gathering eggs. The family was satisfied with everything. I am sure this is the going rate for this Vrbo, but just wish it wasn’t so expensive. I think the cost per night should include everything, including taxes and hostess and cleaning fees. There is such a difference in the base cost per night and the final cost.
