Just 10 mins: Heart of Uptown- rooftops, bars, fine dining, scooters/biking and more! A charming, older home well up kept. Retreat inside: Clean & Comfy home is equipped with tvs, wifi, and ac/heating. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the backyard where you can just enjoy nature! Charming 4 bedroom home including a loft style room (4). This home has 2 bathrooms, one private shower in the master bedroom and one shared bathroom with both a shower and the original porcelain tub for use. Shower heads adjust with knob that is located on the top of the large shower head.
Master bedroom is also equipt with a desk and chair if you wish to work during your stay. And all of the rooms come with a Queen size bed, a side table, closet area, lamp, smart tv, linen throw blanket, decorative pillows, art work, 2 towels and 2 wash cloths! 😊
Parking: drive way can fit 2 cars and you are free to use street parking as well.
Dining/living room area: beautiful and relaxing area to hang out with friends and family. SMART tv for guests use, all you have to do is log into your streaming services and enjoy!
Kitchen: has basic kitchen pots/pans and utensils, toaster, coffee maker and microwave as well as standard refrigerator and stove/oven.
Laundry: washer (only use SPEED wash under Special care) and dryer for convenience
Backyard with chairs to lounge and relax. Backyard is a wooded area as there are trees so you may see leaves and nature. Be sure to keep back and front door closed at all times so that nature doesn’t come inside lol.
Charcoal grill was left by previous guest and is not an amenity purchased by owners. Home and linen are thoroughly cleaned after every stay because we know how important comfort and cleanliness are! Please read over house rules and have an amazing time, we are here if you need any suggestions! HOUSE RULES: -Please do not wear shoes in the home, especially on the rugs.
-No smoking, Vaping, or use of any drugs are allowed in the home at no point during your booking. Penalty will be imeadiate termination of occupancy agreement, removal from home, and $250 fine for any smoke damages caused
- No Smoking devices, Vapes, or Cigarettes. The Penalty will be immediate non refundable termination of occupancy agreement, removal from home, and $250 fine
-No parties or large gatherings
- No Pets of any kind. Penalty will be immediate termination of occupancy agreement, removal from home, and $250 pet cleaning fine for removal of any pet fur, pet urin, pet feces, or damages caused by the pet or pets.
Please just be courteous of the neighbors and treat the home with respect .
- Security Cameras must not be tampered with, covered, removed, or disconnected at no point during the booking. Penalty will be imeadiate termination of occupancy agreement, removal from home, and $200 fine.

Please place any visitor Passes on the dashboard of your vehicle, make sure they are visible. Upon exiting the property please place visitors pass in it’s original place, (on tv console) or guest will be charged (50$ a pass) No exceptions.
We are not responsible or liable for your vehicle or belongings.
Additional guest fees are applied after extra guest, (after extra guests, it will be $50 per guest a night if permitted).
Early check in and Late Check-out (both starting at 50$): Early check in and late check outs are offered at an additional fee subject to availability and not guaranteed. We are happy to extend your stay however the earlier we know the better.
Pool is temporarily inoperable, due to maintenance being completed on it. Updates will follow as they become available.
-Upon exiting the property, be sure to load and start dishwasher, strip beds and place all used towels/washcloths in the laundry area. Lastly please set the thermostat to 70 degrees and make sure doors and windows are closed and locked.
