About this house rental
Spacious getaway near Hughesville that is just minutes from all your desired conveniences. Outdoor activities abound nearby at Ricketts Glen State Park, World's End State Park, Loyalsock State Forest and Eagles Mere. Nearby attractions include the Little League World Series & Museum and numerous wineries, breweries and restaurants. The 18 acre wooded property has a long driveway that ends at the home. The spacious outdoor areas include a wooded meadow, a large front yard, a fire pit seating area in the side yard and a partially covered back patio with a gas grill.

This was one of the best stays at any Vrbo we’ev ever done. My one complaint is we did not have enough time to enjoy it more.

This home exceeded expectations! So many details thought of ahead of time and ready for our arrival:Fire starters and split wood ready to go. Plenty of light to see as we arrived at night—this is a country setting, no city lights (beautiful for stargazing). *Plenty of towels, soap, blankets, condiments, coffee. *Close to highway, ease of local travel*Comfortable beds, linens, comforters*Welcomed with s’mores ingredients, roasting sticks, wine, and dog treats!I can’t say enough, this was a sad occasion (family funeral) made easier with great hosts and a beautiful home.

A group of us came in to work during the little league World Series. This please is truly an escape. The pictures do not do it justice. The inside of the house is absolutely beautiful and the outside is even more lovely if that can possibly be. This place is a great escape. We will definitely be back.
