Outside, there is a wraparound garden with a lawn, patio, hot tub, and furniture, and roadside parking is available. Within 2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.9 miles, a pub. Town: A quiet, picturesque coastal village, in the county of Inverclyde in Scotland, situated on the fringes of the beautiful Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park which boasts wonderful nature trails and stunning waterfalls. Wemyss bay is a delightfully quaint village in a wonderful location. The area has been a popular tourist destination since the nineteenth century due to its rail connections to the City of Glasgow, as well as the ferry routes to Rothesay and the Isle of Bute which still run today. In terms of amenities, you will find a small selection of shops, including award winning butcher McAskies with its attached bistro and deli. For a wider range of shops and restaurants, head to the seaside town of Largs just six miles south of Wemyss Bay and enjoy a sundae at the world famous Nardini’s Ice Cream Parlour. The town of Greenock is just seven miles north, offering the Oak Mall Shopping Centre, a stunning waterfront and various amusement arcades. Slightly further afield is the town of Port Glasgow and then beyond to the magnificent City of Glasgow with astounding architecture, Cathedral, theatres and elite shopping and dining.
