Lovely large bright living room with vaulted ceilings opening onto balcony, complete with 50” TV, AC, fireplace and a sleeper sofa for guests. Kitchen with all new appliances, large counter into cozy dining area with extendable dining table. Updated bathroom with beautiful tiling design. This space features a large back bedroom with private window looking into nature, large mirrored closet doors, and ceiling fan. Study desk and chair can be provided. You’ll find all the essentials like a hair dryer and iron to make your stay fabulous. Laundromat on facilities in close proximity next to swimming pool. Individual parking space is only 5 car spots from apartment entry, making grocery runs and transporting luggage easy. Only 10 minutes to BART, John Muir Hospital, Kaiser Permanente Hospital, corporate town center, Broadway Plaza shops and restaurants, grocery stores like Safeway, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s Target and farmer’s market, Heather Farm and Iron Horse Trail for outdoor activities. NOTE: Minimum 7 night stay. Perfect place for Professionals, Travelling Nurses, Consultants, Graduate Students, needing lodging during House Moves or Renovations. The condo is exactly as posted. It is light and bright and has a very nice floor plan. The bedroom in the back has a nice window that opens and lets in a wonderful breeze. The complex is very quiet. The host was extremely responsive and ensured that our stay was pleasant. The parking spot is also very convenient. The car can be seen from the balcony. The location is centralized. We walked downtown as well as to Target. We would stay here again.
