Detroit is waiting for you at this 2-bedroom apartment. With 2 queen beds, AC/heating, arcade game room & a 4k 100” living room movie theater with surround sound! The Spa Retreat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom also has a 50” Japanese soaking tub with rain shower head. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our apartment. The person who made the reservation must be the one to check in. After check-in is complete, your guest(s) are more than welcome to join or stay with you.

• This unit accommodates a maximum of 4 overnight guests under the standard reservation.
• If you plan to have additional overnight guests (up to 2 more, for a total of 6), you must notify the host in advance and receive written approval.
• If approved, there will be an additional charge of $100 per person, totaling $200 extra on top of the original reservation price.
• Visitors are allowed, but any visitors remaining on the property past 12:00 AM will be considered overnight guests and charged $100 per person.
• No exceptions. No negotiations. No refunds.
• You are also required to notify the host in advance if you plan to have visitors at any time, regardless of whether they stay overnight.
• This policy is strictly enforced for safety, insurance compliance, and to prevent unauthorized access. Surveillance devices are in place to monitor occupancy.
