About this house rental
2-bedroom 500 sq, foot Beach House in Treasure Island (Sunset Beach). Two minute walk to beach. Two FREE parking spots. Master bedroom offers King bed with TV and a Queen bed in second bedroom with TV. This home can accommodate up to 6 guests. The living room offers additional sleeping space with 1 Queen sofa bed and 55 inch TV. New Central AC and other amenities. Coin laundry with one free wash and dry. $125 Cleaning fee per stay and a one time pet fee of $25 per stay. We hope you enjoy what our place and Treasure Island has to offer.

David was an excellent host!! He was very quick to respond, and he provided allowances that others have not. We were allowed to check in at noon. The interior of the house is completely new and cute. The lay out is nice. We moved the furniture around because it suited us better with company, but it would have been fine had we not had company. There are plenty of towels, wash clothes and even extra bedding items. We were surprised that there was enough change in the unit to complete one load of laundry. The house was super clean. My wife noticed this right off the bat. The neighborhood is nice. There are very nice houses as well as a few homes that are still being rehabbed from the hurricane damage. It is .5 miles to the public pet beach area, and it probably is less than that to the public beach. We walked all the time only using our car to go to dinner. If I were to make a suggestion, I would put a full sized bed in the quest bedroom and a queen bed in the master bedroom. The master was tight with the king size bed. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Our guest slept on the pullout couch and reported the mattress was very comfortable. The guest room had a twin bed. It seemed like it, too, would be comfortable. The people we met walking our dog were very friendly. We love this about Treasure Island. People are so friendly and there are people out walking throughout the morning and evening hours. Thanks David for being a great host!!

This property was perfect. Great interior and perfect distance to beach. I will be staying at the house again. Didnt want to leave.
