Wake up to the gentle sounds of the Vrbas River flowing just outside your window in this beautifully appointed traditional Bosnian house. Perched directly on the riverbank in Banja Luka's premier outdoor recreation area, our home offers an authentic escape where nature, art, and comfort converge.
Step onto any of our three outdoor spaces - two expansive decks and a balcony - for breathtaking river views that change with the light throughout the day. Watch herons and ducks fish in the pristine waters while you sip your morning coffee, or end your day with the soothing white noise of flowing water.

This thoughtfully decorated home celebrates both Bosnian heritage and a modern artistic sensibility. The main bedroom opens directly onto the balcony with unobstructed river views, while the flexible second room serves as a peaceful retreat or accommodates additional guests with a fold-down couch bed. Every room is filled with carefully curated art, books, and the kind of details that make a house feel like a true home.

You're positioned on the newly constructed river walk that connects you to the best of Banja Luka:
• 5-15 minutes on foot to city beach (350m) and thermal springs (1000m)
• 30-40 minutes on foot along the river path to city center
• Steps to popular riverside Cafe Alibi (100m)
• Nearby forest trails with memorial and panoramic city viewpoints
• Swimming access right from the house
Modern Comforts:
While the house honors traditional architecture, we've equipped it for modern comfort: full kitchen for cooking enthusiasts, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, and private parking.
Important Notes About Our Home:
• Unfortunately, this setting isn't suitable for children younger than age 15 due to uneven surfaces and steep slopes to the river.
• This is an authentic older house in a pristine natural setting. We've lovingly maintained it while preserving its rustic character - expect the charm of traditional construction along with nature's gentle presence (occasional spider webs, natural dust). Occasionally the neighborhood loses power for a bit and/or internet drops, as is typical for neighborhoods farther from the city center.
• While the house is in a tranquil location, please be aware that there is a restaurant across the river from the property that occasionally hosts live music, especially on weekend nights.
