Your small vacation rental in the village of Pleumeur Gautier includes on the ground floor: - a living room-kitchen area On the first floor: - an attic bedroom (1 new double bed 140x190), - an attic bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. No washing machine on site; a laundromat is 5 km away in Lézardrieux. Outside, on the east side, you have a lovely private 20 m² gravelled courtyard with sun loungers, a relaxation area, garden furniture, an electric grill, and lighting. Outside, on the west side, there is public parking on the street along the curb. A very comfortable and charming "Little Breton House." Here, even in gloomy weather, we love the covered terrace, which feels like another room in the house. In just a few months, Isabelle transformed this property into a super cozy cottage where you can relax after your local wanderings. And speaking of getaways, there's no shortage of them! This accommodation is literally surrounded by little wonders... - To the north: the entire tip of the peninsula, with the Sillon de Talbert in Pleubian as its highlight (11 km), - Along the banks of the two estuaries of the Jaudy and Trieux, beaches stretching out to Kerbors or Lanmodez, - To the east: Paimpol, its port, its abbey, its Pointe de Guilben, and its lively quays (10 km), - To the west: Tréguier (6 km), a small town of character where half-timbered houses, cobbled streets, a cathedral, and a cloister vie for their charm, - To the south: Pontrieux (14 km), another small town with its wash houses.
