Bright and Airy studio in the prime location of Redondo Beach an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway.
We are locals who love hosting but also earn a living doing what we love. We try to keep our rate as affordable as possible. We are not luxury homes/hotels with concierge, pools, gyms, etc. We offer safe and clean space. No frills, no hidden charges. Please be kind and respectful to us, other guests & the neighbors. About a 5-minute walk to the iconic pier, fisherman warf, running trails, park, and the beach. Groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores are within walking distance.
Public Transportation:
Bus stop: about 5 min walk

The entire place, no sharing.
Furniture: Queen bed, dresser, closet, couch, 50` TV (streaming subscriptions required), arm chair.
Kitchenette: microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee machine.
Laundry is shared (requires payment and is coin-operated)
Located just a short walk from the famous Redondo Beach Pier, this neighborhood is ideal for those who love to be close to the water, with miles of sandy beaches, oceanfront paths, and stunning sunsets. Stroll to nearby Riviera Village for boutique shopping, quaint cafés, and diverse dining options. With easy access to outdoor activities like biking, paddleboarding, and beach volleyball, as well as local parks, you’ll find plenty to explore. HOUSE RULES
1. Zero tolerance -No parties, no intoxicated behavior, no illegal drugs, no smoking marijuana, and no smoking cigarettes anywhere inside or outside the property.
2. No pets/extra guests in the room without prior approval.
3. No illegal music/movies can be downloaded from our internet. You will get a fine from Spectrum.
4. Maintain harmony with the neighbors.
5. Please turn off the AC, TV, and other electronics before leaving the house.
6. Please don`t make loud noise after 08:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m.
7. Please do not put oil, bones, or leftovers in the garbage disposal. It will cause a clog. Please use the trash can instead.
8. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper into the toilet or It will cause a clog.

Literally two blocks from the pier, nothing this good close to this price. But street parking only, luckily there is a lot within the surrounding blocks. Very quiet, clean. Convenience and price unmatched.

This is a very nice space ideally located near the Redondo Beach Pier area, which puts you within easy walking distance of more activities, shops, restaurants, etc. than you could fit into a single visit. I was already very familiar with the area, and having a comfortable and small space to use as home base was perfect. Communication about the unit and surrounding location was always good, and I never had a problem reaching out to the host. Really enjoyed the stay overall.

The studio was perfect for us. It was very clean and carpet was plush and comfy! Location was amazing. Thank you Francis and Noam for being wonderful hosts!
