About this house rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this superb house with a swimming pool for rent, situated in the heart of Castres. Spacious and elegant, it offers 420 m² of comfort and can accommodate up to 12 guests.
You’ll find a large 100 m² living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (with showers and baths), as well as a wooded garden of around 4,500 m² for relaxing outdoors.
The house has Wi-Fi, and bed linen and towels are provided. All that’s missing is you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A bright 100 m² living room with a dining area and views of the swimming pool
- A lounge with a sofa, TV and fireplace
- A dining room with a fireplace
- A modern, fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: double bed (140×190)
- Two shower rooms with shower and WC
- A bathroom with bath and shower
- Separate toilet
Second floor:
- Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 7: two single beds
- Two shower rooms with shower and toilet
- One bathroom with shower, bath and toilet
Additional facilities:
A washing machine, tumble dryer, fans, iron and ironing board are available to make your stay even more comfortable.
Outdoors:
- Large enclosed grounds of 4,500 m² with garden furniture
- Private swimming pool (12 × 6 m), unheated, open from April to October, with a 200 m² terrace
- A large 130 m² terrace on the upper floor with a panoramic view of the swimming pool

- The fireplace is not in working order
- Pets are allowed (one pet per stay), subject to a €15 surcharge. Please specify this when booking.
- Only the master suite is air-conditioned; the other bedrooms are equipped with fans.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.

We had the most awesome time in this spectacular property. Our large group (12 people altogether) were in Castres for 3 days of wedding celebrations. We travelled from across the globe to gather for a full schedule of very happy events and were so comfortable in the villa. Beyond comfortable. We luxuriated in calm, well appointed and stylish surroundings. We rested and recovered between events and shared endless catchups. Everything we needed was to hand and worked beautifully. Such a delight. Thank you
