One of the true highlights is the property's 100 foot stretch of Lake Superior shoreline. The pristine beach features soft sands, crystal clear water, and stunning sunrise views. It is perfect for swimming, or simply relaxing to the rhythm of the waves. Spend your summer days paddling, sunbathing, or gathered around a lakeside campfire under the stars.
In the warmer months, the Keweenaw becomes a hiker’s paradise. Perfect for hiking, biking, or exploring by ATV. Nearby favorites include Estivant Pines, Bare Bluff, and Hungarian Falls. Take a short drive to Copper Harbor for mountain biking, kayaking, or simply soaking up the charm of the harbor town.

It was easy to manage 2 well behaved dogs due to the resilient floor covering and simple rugs. The kitchen was well appointed. The remote location was ideal and peaceful. Beautiful walks, wonderful cooked meals, reading and comfortable beds, made for a relaxing 50th wedding anniversary.
