Located on the first floor, the apartment includes private amenities such as air conditioning, TV, washing machine, microwave, air fryer, and coffee maker. This apartment ensures convenience and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

You will stay at Residence Fronte Mare in Ugento, a newly built 2025 property with modern, functional furnishings and all comforts. The apartment is about 50 sqm. The residence is directly on the seafront, just 500 meters from the cove-style beach and Lido Pazze. The surrounding coast has both low and high rocky areas, perfect for diving and fishing enthusiasts. Torre San Giovanni is about a 5-minute drive away. Linen is not provided, but can be requested 24 hours before arrival and is available for an extra fee. For your convenience, the Residence offers private parking.
