Steps from BEACH! Studio on ground floor with designer touches. This first/ground floor private condo is just a 3 minute walk to the beach. It has a kitchenette with a full size fridge, Microwave, hotplate, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster. 1 luxurious King bed and 1 twin sleeper sofa. Everything you could ask for in the perfect beach vacation rental! Community heated pool with hottub! basketball, playground. Patio for 2 with lush tropical landscape! Restaurants just steps away and even a tiki bar and live music often! JUST Get away and RELAX!
Combination lock for entry way door, Access all of the resort amenities. The pool and hot tub have childproof locks on the gates just reach over the top of the gate and pull up on the knob, you'll also need the magnetic fob i supply to unlock the gates plus access the "lobby" area for the gym and pickle ball equipment plus feel free to use the boardwalk, pier, restaurants and beach all steps away from the condo.
I am able to answer questions when needed otherwise I give guests space
There is a small beach at Little Harbor resort, Bahia Beach is located to the left (West) side of the Sunset Grille and is accessible at all times. The studio itself is not directly on the beach but literally maybe 3 minutes walk away. Please note we are on the South shore of Tampa Bay not the open Gulf, for bigger beaches on the Gulf there is St Pete beach or Sarasota 50mins away here is a small beach on the property.
There are two restaurants on property Hooks is right around the corner and is a casual diner/bar setting overlooking the river with great food. Sunset Grille is on the Tampa Bay side with a view of the sunsets and St Petersburg it has great food, a Tiki bar and live entertainment every night. If you want something a little more upscale Circles is a very nice restaurant about 10 minutes down the road in Apollo Beach
Uber and Lyft are available but sometimes long waits, i would recommend renting a car if you don't have your own.
