The house itself is beautiful and matches the description - great for groups, however I think there may be some growing pains in launching this space as a rental. There was no house guide book, so while the backyard was a great place to hang out we could not determine how to turn on the string lights and therefore did not use this space at night. Some basic instructions for grills, fire pits, lighting would be a great add. Each person got one towel - not one spare to be had - only one couple had handtowels/ washcloths. We had to remake all the beds as they were made with the top sheet on top of the comforter - only one twin bed was made up typically - which I found out at 1:40 am when the smoke detector in my bedroom started shrilling every 30 seconds all through the night. The response center did answer my text at 1:45 am which I appreciated, but since I did not have access to a ladder (high master ceiling) there was nothing to stop the noise - eventually all couples in the main house were awake in the wee hours - not ideal on our first night after a long day of travel - despite moving rooms the sound was so loud I only got 3 hours of sleep. Location was ideal and we really enjoyed Mozart Coffee Roaster and boat rental. Team member than came to fix the smoke detector the next morning was very polite and professional. Left us additional batteries and a step ladder.
