🛏️ 4 comfy bedrooms - sleeps 8 (King with ensuite, Queen, Double, 2x King Singles—no bunk beds from 1987 here)
🍳 Fully stocked kitchen – yes, we mean pots and wine glasses
☕️ Automatic Coffee Machine (with Coffee)
🌿 Huge fenced yard – bring the kids, bring the dog, bring your inner child
🎣 Double carport – for cars, boats, jet skis, etc.
☀️ Front verandah + rear entertaining zone – sunrise coffee and sunset wines covered
🚶♂️ 300m to the beach, shops & pub – if you drive, you’re doing it wrong
🐾 Pet-friendly – fully fenced yard
