Smoking is not allowed inside or outside at the property at any time. Quiet-hours 10 p.m.â8 a.m. per county ordinance. Partying, events, or loud noises are not allowed any time. Guests are required to sign an additional rental agreement with owners after booking. Security cameras, and digital noise detection devices are present on property in front yard and back yard. For stays of 21 days or more, professional cleaning is required once every two weeks, and will be added to reservation total.
Pool heating is available upon request. Heated pool temperatures are typically in the high 70s to mid-80s, weather permitting. Cooler outside temperatures may limit heating performance. In rare circumstances where the outside temperatures are 60 degrees or lower, pool heat is not available. Pool heat requires an additional $35/night, or $210/week charge, plus applicable taxes. Pool heat must be booked in advance of your stay, ideally at least 4 days prior, however we will do everything we can to accommodate request. Pool heat must be purchased for your entire stay. Pool heat is recommended for Nov-April. Pool heating is not included in the base rent, and must be purchased as an add-on by guests who wish to have it during their stay.
Any guest-initiated cancellation is subject to a cancellation processing fee equal to the greater of $50 or the non-refundable credit card/payment processing fees incurred. This amount will be deducted from any applicable refund.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Beautiful and clean home. Great family friendly neighborhood. The pool is spacious & there were many pool toys available. We absolutely loved the game room as well. Great communication from owner when we had a question. Check out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this home & we will stay again.

Everything was great at this property! Our whole family enjoyed our time there! The house was excellent especially the game room and pool were awesome for kids of all ages! The drive to the beach was shorter than expected. The hosts were very responsive to all communication.

We had an incredible stay at the CoCo Cabana! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as picturedâactually better. The home is spacious, bright, and thoughtfully set up for families.
The backyard was the highlight for us. The heated pool was crystal clear, the lounge area was private and relaxing, and we spent most of our days floating, grilling, and soaking up the sun. It truly felt like our own little resort.
The location is also idealâjust a short drive to the beach, great dining, and grocery stores. It made everything super convenient.
Communication with the hosts was outstanding. Jack and Sydney checked in before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience.
Weâve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this was honestly one of the best. Already looking forward to coming back!

Host is really on top of it! House is well stocked and super clean. Beds are comfortable. Place is well stocked, and even has a ton of beach stuff and a wagon to use. Pool is awesome, and heated in winter if you ask. Highly recommend this rental for your family trip!
