The apartment is step-free and features an extra-wide doorway to the master bedroom and a lowered sink in the bathroom. A cozy fireplace in the living/dining area completes the comfort, along with a spacious sofa suite and a generously sized kitchenette. This apartment includes a terrace facing the garden, equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol.

Our neighborhood boasts outstanding architecture and modern, elegant furnishings: high ceilings, spacious rooms, some with winter gardens spanning two floors. Each apartment features a fireplace or wood-burning stove.

All bedrooms are ensuite, and select apartments have an indoor sauna in the master bedroom bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, and a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board, are located in the utility room or bathroom. Each apartment has a separate guest toilet.

Parking spaces and bicycle sheds for bicycles are available on site. An outdoor swimming pool heated by solar and heat pump energy is located in the garden for our guests.
