The apartment is located on the 4th floor, has approximately 35 square meters of living space, and has been newly renovated to a high standard and furnished in a modern and cozy style. It has a separate bedroom with sloped ceilings. The bed measures 1.40 m x 2.00 m.

The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop and oven, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, and a small coffee maker. Coffee pods, tea, sugar, milk, oil, salt, and pepper are provided free of charge in the accommodation. There is a sitting area with a bench and two armchairs, a TV, and a small balcony. You’ll gain access to the accommodation using a numeric code, which will be emailed to you 48 hours before your arrival.

The apartments offer views of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Augustusburg Palace, or of the historic market square and St. Margareta Church. Brühl’s main train station is approximately 650 meters away from the accommodation on foot. From there, you can take the Phantasialand shuttle to visit Europe’s most beautiful amusement park, PHANTASIALAND.

The kitchen also features a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Each apartment has its own bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower, complimentary toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer. Each apartment is equipped with a fan, but the apartments do not have air conditioning.

For guests arriving by car, we offer parking spaces for each apartment upon request. Since the property is a 5-minute walk from Brühl Central Station, traveling by DB train is a great option. The cities of Cologne and Bonn are easily accessible from the apartments—it takes just 15 minutes by train from Brühl Central Station to Cologne Cathedral, 20 minutes to the Cologne Trade Fair, and only 20 minutes to Bonn Central Station.
