The vacation rental, which is accessible by elevator, is located in Bad Lauterberg in a quiet area on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. Not far away, you’ll find several supermarkets (REWE, Aldi, Lidl) for your daily needs. The popular boulevard, with shops of all kinds as well as various restaurants and cafes, is also within walking distance.
If the building’s swimming pool and sauna aren’t enough, you’ll also find the Vitamar and the Kirchbergtherme in Bad Lauterberg.
Heikenberg Vacation Rental with Swimming Pool:
The building features a laundry area with washing machines and dryers that operate with coins. For relaxation, there is a swimming pool where you can comfortably swim a few laps, as well as a sauna with a small relaxation area. Swimming pool details: Size: approx. 12x6m, water temperature 27 degrees; Hours: Daily 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. (except weekdays 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. for cleaning).
Sauna details:
Temperature = up to 100 degrees;
(Wednesdays (7:00 PM–10:00 PM, mixed), Fridays (7:00 PM–10:00 PM, mixed), Saturdays (3:00 PM–4:30 PM women, 5:00 PM–6:30 PM men, 7–10 p.m. mixed).
If you plan to travel with a small child, a travel crib is available upon advance request.
For stays of 10 nights or more, you’ll receive a Harz hiking stamp booklet (“Wanderpass Harzer Wandernadel”) free of charge per booking.
Bed linens and a set of towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) are included.
The tourist tax is not included in the price. This amounts to €2.50 per night per adult and €0.70 per night per child and must be paid in advance.
For short stays of up to and including 3 nights, a fee of €10 per night applies.
